Dave Glaser, President and Managing Partner
Dave oversees the strategic direction of ECG Resources with a focus on serving the top multinational Wealth Management firms that work with the largest high net worth households in the United States. Under his direction and philosophy of cooperation, ECG Resources has enjoyed a stability rare in the search firm industry. The executive team prides itself on its cohesion, focus on excellent client service and building a long term successful organization. The key element in ECG Resources’ success is making it a place where people look forward to coming to work, putting in their best effort, and experiencing high job satisfaction.
Dave lives with his wife and children in Queens, NY and in the summers you can find him and his family in their home in the Catskill Mountains. He is an avid long distance and touring motorcyclist and is active in many social and community organizations in Queens and Long Island.
Gary M. Teigman, Senior Partner
With close to a decade of wealth management recruiting under his belt, “Gary T” is a Senior Executive Recruiter at ECG Resources. From the initial communication, one can sense his energy and passion as he focuses on the specific needs of each client. Every interaction is an integral component in building a long-term relationship with his clients. Candidates he has represented often call years later to request help hiring “top talent” to enhance the growth of their company.
Gary covers the HNW and UHNW space from the local boutiques to some of the largest multi-national investment banks, trust corporations and wealth management firms in the United States. Additionally, his client base includes multi-family offices serving some of the wealthiest families in the country.
Prior to joining the ECG Resources team in 2005, Gary served in a dual sales/relationship management role with high net worth individuals at EconoTek Communications. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from RSA College.
Gary resides in Queens, NY with his wife and children. Aside from being active in his community and involved in philanthropic and charitable endeavors, Gary enjoys wine-tasting, spending time in the great outdoors, fishing and bird-watching. He is an avid tropical fish hobbyist as well as a taxidermy collector.
Tammy Davis, Executive Assistant
Tammy excels at client service and brings extensive research capabilities to the firm. Prior to joining ECG Resources in 2015, Tammy worked for more than ten years in a similar capacity at a legal recruiting firm based in New York City.
She has a Bachelors from St. Joseph’s College and lives on Long Island, NY with her husband and children. She enjoys the beach, staying active, and spending time with her family.
Esther Klein, Executive Search Manager
Fueled by her background in technology and secondary education, Esther’s passion for her work comes from the satisfaction of seeing projects through to completion, engineering a more efficient workflow, and working with an amazing team. As an MSS-Moore eSSentials certified Specialist, Esther uses her advanced search skills to identify quality candidates and market our customized services.
In her spare time, Esther feeds her creative side with videography and playing the flute in an orchestra, but she also enjoys sharpening her mental skills by learning new things and playing board games of skill.
Shirah Bayar, Project Manager
Working closely with the President of ECG Resources, Shirah uses her organizational skills as well as her strong communication skills to ensure ECG’s Clients are recieving the high level of service that ECG is known for. Shirah’s role includes streamlining the client placement process, beginning with documenting client preferences and specifications for their open positions, to reviewing resumes and conducting initial screening of candidates to ensure that our clients have a solid pipeline of top tier candidates to consider. She also stays up to date on the latest WM industry news/trends and utilizes that data to identify and place top candidates across the country.
Shirah obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree from Excelsior college. Before joining ECG Resources, Shirah worked as a Recruiter/Scheduling Coordinator for another Staffing Agency. Originally from California, Shirah enjoys spending time in the sun, as well as reading a good, suspenseful novel.
Dina Travis, Senior Associate
Dina manages ECG Resources’ national search network, a role that entails conducting research, reviewing resumes, and organizing searches to find talented candidates across the country. She enjoys the challenge of this work as well as the opportunity it affords her to learn about the wealth management world.
Chaya Klempner, Associate
Chaya’s sharp focus and attention to detail ensure that our database systems and files remain organized and accurate. She excels in this work, finding and analyzing information that helps ECG Resources best reach as many people as possible. Her favorite part of working with ECG Resources is the team she gets to work alongside every day.
Chaya holds a MBA from Northcentral University, and worked in various finance and real estate firms prior to joining ECG Resources. She enjoys hosting on weekends, spending time with her family and friends, and, together with her husband established a small sustainable farm for their community.
Hadassah Mann, Director of Finance
In her role Hadassah is responsible for all accounting functions and internal operations. She is devoted to keeping ECG Resources running smoothly to support the team as they focus on serving clients.
Prior to ECG Resources, Hadassah was an administrator in a post graduate program abroad and was also an elementary school teacher. She enjoys reading as well as hosting guests in her home.
Pesi Neuman, Research and Marketing Associate
Pesi is a Research and Marketing Associate who joined ECG Resources in 2022. She has since gained exposure to a broad range of senior level searches working on behalf Family Offices, RIA’s, Wealth Management Firms and Trust Companies to identify the right candidates for their open roles.
Pesi brings her expanded outlook to ECG’s marketing efforts. Her past experience as a consultant at a recruiting agency allows her to stay current with the changing trends, as she crafts attractive job descriptions and manages email marketing, social media, and website content to build the firm’s brand and profile.
Pesi holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Excelsior College. In her free time, Pesi enjoys taking care of her family and spending time outdoors.
